The invention relates to a packaging means-tube, designed for packaging and storage of liquid and viscous substances.
A known tube of elastic plastic material containing a casing and a head part connected by a shoulder circumferential element [1].
A tube is known comprising a body part made of laminated plastic with a metal protective layer, a head element made of plastic having a shoulder part located on the shoulder part of the head element, a peripheral element made of laminated plastic with a metal safety layer connected to the body part [2] ..
Known tubes are not tight enough and require increased consumption of material in the manufacture. This is explained by the fact that the circumferential part of the tube overlaps the case so that between them lie two plastic layers that do not have a gas density, i.e. in the indicated area of the tube, leakage occurs.
The aim of the invention is to save material and increase tightness.
This goal is achieved by the fact that; in a tube containing a body part of laminated plastic with a metal protective layer, the head element of plastic, having. the shoulder part located on the shoulder part of the head element is a peripheral element made of laminated plastic with a metal • protective layer connected to the body part ), circumferential

In addition, the circumferential element ti of the housing may be made of laminated plastic of the same thickness.
In FIG. 1 shows the head of a tube with a stepped shoulder; in FIG. 2 - the same version with a rounded shoulder.
The tube contains a housing part 1, a head element 2 and a conical circumferential element 3. The housing part 1 and the circumferential element 3 are made of laminated plastic with a metal layer. They preferably consist of material of the same thickness. The head element 2 consists of plastic 4, has a stepped (Fig. 1) or rounded (Fig. 2) shape in the shoulder part 4. The circumferential element 3 and the body part 1 are superimposed on the shoulder part so that the edge 5 of the body part and the edge 6 of the circumferential element abut against each other. ’
A seam formed between edges 5 and 6 can be sealed by induction, ultrasound, infrared radiation, or a combination thereof.
The connection of the circumferential element with the body part can be made by sequentially applying them to the shoulder part, or by pre-docking them, and then jointly applying them to the shoulder part.
The present invention makes it possible to save material and increase the tightness of the tube, and, in addition, allows to improve its appearance.

1. TUBE containing a laminate body part>
